Age Requirement
Participants must be 21 years of age or older to purchase raffle tickets or claim a prize.
Ticket Verification
All purchased tickets will be verified for eligibility and validity before being placed into the official raffle ticket tumbler.
Drawing
Winners will be selected through a random drawing. You do not need to be present to win.
Winner Notification
Winners will be announced through The Luck Group's official social media channels and notified directly by telephone.
Prize Claim Deadline
Winners will have 30 calendar days from the drawing date to claim their prizes. A valid government-issued photo identification must be presented before any prize is awarded.
Firearm Prize Requirements
The firearm prize will be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). The winner must complete all required paperwork, pass applicable background checks, and meet all federal and state firearm ownership requirements before taking possession. No firearm will be released to an individual legally prohibited from possessing one.
Prize Eligibility
All prizes are subject to applicable legal restrictions. Winners must meet the eligibility requirements associated with their respective prizes.
Unclaimed or Ineligible Prizes
Any prize not claimed within the designated 30-day period, or any prize that cannot lawfully be awarded, will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the raffle's published procedures.
