At The Luck Group, we believe every child and family deserves the opportunity to explore nature, develop new skills, and experience the benefits of outdoor recreation.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our mission is to expand access to outdoor education, conservation, recreation, and wellness experiences — particularly for youth and families who face barriers to participation.
Through the support of foundations, businesses, community organizations, and individual donors, we create meaningful opportunities that help bridge the gap between youth, families, and the outdoors.
Understanding How Our Community Programs Are Funded
Free to Participants Does Not Mean Free to Provide
The Luck Group is committed to making outdoor education accessible, but our nonprofit status does not mean that all programs and services are free. When we offer a community archery workshop, fishing experience, or outdoor educational event at no cost to participants, that opportunity is made possible through grants, sponsorships, donations, organizational funding, or a combination of these resources.
We appreciate the foundations, businesses, partners, and individuals who invest in our mission and help remove financial barriers for participating youth and families.
Every outdoor experience requires resources, including:
