Founder & CEO
Sidney D. Tyler is the founder and visionary behind The Luck Group, drawing on a lifelong passion for the outdoors and a deep commitment to youth development. His leadership has shaped the organization's mission to bridge the nature gap for underserved youth and families across Virginia.
Altheia Tyler
Co-Founder & Director
Altheia Tyler co-founded The Luck Group alongside Sidney, bringing organizational leadership and a dedication to community wellness. As Director, she helps guide program development and ensures the organization remains rooted in its core values.
Tasheva Pouncey
Secretary
